Crispin Porter + Bogusky acquires Boulder-based texturemedia

BOULDER – Crispin Porter + Bogusky, an advertising firm with offices in Gunbarrel and Miami, has acquired Boulder-based texturemedia.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

texturemedia, a graphic and design firm with 50 employees locally, was acquired for its ability to build brands online. Ivan Perez-Armendariz, president of texturemedia, said the deal went through in “six to 10 weeks” after discussions on how the acquisition would benefit both companies.

He said texturemedia would retain 100 percent of its work force. You can expect us to be hiring in the future.” All hiring will be controlled by Crispin Porter’s human relations department.
