Lazy Dog ownership buys building
BOULDER – The ownership of the Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill at 1346 Pearl St. has purchased the building the restaurant occupies in downtown Boulder for $2.5 million.
Pearl Partners LLC, headed by Steve Ross, bought the building on the Pearl Street Mall from the Pellillo family, according to Boulder County public records.
Ross said he always planned to buy the building when he moved the restaurant there in 2004. At the time, Pearl Partners paid for the building renovations and the upgrades, so the recent sales price reflects what the building was valued at before the work, he said.
