BOULDER – The ownership of the Lazy Dog Sports Bar and Grill at 1346 Pearl St. has purchased the building the restaurant occupies in downtown Boulder for $2.5 million.

Pearl Partners LLC, headed by Steve Ross, bought the building on the Pearl Street Mall from the Pellillo family, according to Boulder County public records.

Ross said the Lazy Dog is committed to the location, and he views the purchase as a long-term investment.
