Developers buy UCAR-leased building

BOULDER – Two local developers have paid $6 million for an office building in Boulder leased by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research.

Lou DellaCava and Stephen Tebo bought the 28,567-square-foot building and 13,090-square-foot parking structure at 3065 Center Green Drive from Postle Properties II LLC, headed by local investor Jim Postle.
