Funeral home owner buys building
LONGMONT – The owner of a funeral home at 503 Terry St. in Longmont has purchased the building his business occupies for $1.15 million.
Lewellen Longmont Memorial Chapel owner Heath Carroll bought the 8,671-square-foot building from Seitz Properties LLC of Greeley, according to Boulder County public records.
Carroll will continue to run the business located on the northwest corner of Terry and Coffman streets. The funeral home company has been in business in Boulder County since 1922.
