Mocapay increases space in Boulder

BOULDER – A local startup firm that provides consumers and businesses the ability to pay using their cell phones is increasing its space in downtown Boulder.

Mocapay LLC signed a lease to move its company to 8,497 square feet at 1433 Pearl St. The company is moving from just 1,000 square feet at 1320 Pearl St. It has grown to 30 employees, a company spokeswoman said.

Lisa Benedetti with Avanti Commercial Real Estate helped broker the deal.
