Sunflower set to bloom with ‘daylighting’ system

LONGMONT – The future of Sunflower Corp.’s customers looks bright – literally.

Longmont-based Sunflower, which designs, develops and markets “daylighting” systems, is set to unveil a new and cheaper way to light retail stores, offices and classrooms around the country.

A daylighting system funnels sunlight into buildings, and scientists with the company have created a new line of products called Sundolier, which are slated to hit the market before third quarter 2008.
