Developers buy Louisville building
LOUISVILLE- Boulder developers Stephen Tebo and Lou DellaCava have purchased a 10,240-square-foot medical office/warehouse building at Christopher Plaza for $700,000.
The building at 1021 E. South Boulder Road holds some historical value for DellaCava – he built it as one of his first real estate projects in 1981.
“That whole plaza was named for my younger son, Christopher,” DellaCava said.
The recently acquired building is about 10 percent leased, and will undergo a couple of updates, DellaCava said. He plans to lease it for $9 to $10 per square foot.
