IQ Tube will upload best business innovations

BOULDER – Ready to upload your innovation?

“IQ Tube” is the fun theme for the 8th annual IQ (Innovation Quotient) Awards, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the best business networking and awards events of the year.

“There will be some surprises at this year’s IQ Awards, where as always we’ll be recognizing some of the brightest innovations in the Boulder Valley area,´ said Jerry W. Lewis, publisher and editor of the Boulder County Business Report.

The awards will be presented Wednesday, Aug. 15, at an evening awards and networking program, 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Longmont, also the new home of the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame.

Registration is now open for the event at IQAwards.com. Tickets purchased before Aug. 1 are $50 each or $450 for a corporate table of 10. The event features a dinner buffer, trade show area and live awards presentations.

The IQ Awards is a great event to bring your business team, and get to meet some of the real innovators from companies around the region.

For the first time, the IQ Awards is adding a category of Sustainable Business. Judges also are looking at nominations in the categories of General Business, Commercial & Industrial, Computers, Consumer, Internet, Medical & Health, Nonprofit, Software, Sports & Leisure and Telecommunications. Finalists are chosen in each category, with winners announced at the awards event.
