Boulder OKs training incentive
BOULDER – Umbria, a market research software and services company based in Boulder, has been approved to receive funds under the city of Boulder’s business incentive pilot program.
City Manager Frank Bruno approved the city’s first application for employee training assistance and authorized $600 in matching funds to Umbria, which has 30 employees.
Funds were granted for an Umbria employee to attend Certified ScrumMaster Training, provided by Rally Software Development Inc., also of Boulder.
Umbria will receive the funds when training is completed and a receipt showing full payment of the course is submitted to the city.
