Retzloff invests, joins board of organic ice cream maker

BOULDER – Natural and organic industry veteran Mark Retzloff has become an investor and member of the board of directors of Boulder Ice Cream and will help the ice cream maker go organic.

Retzloff is familiar with the organic dairy industry. He currently serves as president and chief organic officer of Boulder-based Aurora Organic Dairy. Prior to joining Aurora he co-founded and served as chairman and president of Horizon Organic Dairy, now owned by Dallas-based dairy giant Dean Foods Co.
