Business partnerships: When two play, one wins

I despise entrepreneurial partnerships and so should any other budding entrepreneur. The cowboys of Wyoming have a saying: “When two play, one wins.”

When you start a new company, one of the first decisions you must make is how to organize the venture. In general, you have only four choices: a sole proprietorship, a Subchapter C corporation, an S corporation, or a partnership. Sole proprietorships and corporations have advantages and disadvantages. Talk to a lawyer and he/she will explain them to you.
