Seven Oaks properties on the block
FORT COLLINS – A network of seven highly regarded child-care centers stretching from Fort Collins to Westminster is being sold by its founders, one-by-one, to individual investors.
Two of the Seven Oaks Academy buildings, one in east Fort Collins and another in Westminster, have already been sold and a letter of intent has been inked on a third.
Founders of the Seven Oaks chain quietly sold their business operations in March 2005 to the global, publicly held Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Nasdaq: BFAM). The Boston-based company operates 600 early childhood education centers in the United States, Canada, Ireland and Britain.
