Health club developer closes on Johnstown land

JOHNSTOWN — A development company headed by a Greeley physical therapist this week completed a $1.33 million purchase of land to accommodate a 59,000-square-foot health club, the region’s largest.

Known as Club Colorado at 2534, the new health club is the latest addition to the growing 2534 development at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34.
