EMS to leave Colorado, close store in Boulder
BOULDER – Eastern Mountain Sports, a New Hampshire-based national outdoor retailer, will be closing its three locations in Colorado, including its Boulder store in the Arapahoe Village Shopping Center at 28th Street and Arapahoe Avenue.
A spokeswoman with EMS confirmed that the company has plans to pull out of the Colorado market, but she couldn’t say when the stores would close. Other EMS officials and store managers declined to comment.
