Weld highway junction set up to attract commercial activity
It happens each morning and evening during rush hour on Weld County Road 74 at Colorado Highway 257.
Cars queue up at stop signs on the east-west county road – Harmony Road, as its known in Fort Collins – sometimes for 20 minutes in lines stretching a half mile, waiting to sneak across the higher-speed, free-flowing state highway.
