Chaknova sells retail buildings for $9 million

LONGMONT ? Boulder-based Nova Investments recently sold three of its retail buildings in Longmont for a combined amount of more than $9 million to Niwot-based RLET Properties. The three buildings totaling 36,131 square feet are located at 980, 1020 and 1110 Ken Pratt Blvd.
The 9,000-square-foot retail property at 1110 Ken Pratt Blvd is known as the Diagonal Marketplace and includes: Starbucks Coffee, Chipolte Mexican Grill, Papa John?s Pizza. Mattress King and Great Harvest Bread Company. The property sold for $2,840,000.

The other two properties at 980 and 1020 Ken Pratt Blvd. cover 27,131 square feet and include Blockbuster, FedEx/Kinkos, Liquor…
