McWhinneys reach outside

McWhinney Enterprises has become synonymous with Centerra, the 3,000-plus-acre mixed-use development at Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34. But by no means is it the only game in Northern Colorado for home-grown developers Troy and Chad McWhinney.

The McWhinneys are also developing Van de Water, a 300-acre parcel on the south side of U.S. 34, approximately one-half mile west of Centerra.
