Spicy Pickle sandwich shop coming to Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS – A Denver-based sub sandwich franchise will be landing in downtown Fort Collins in October.

The Spicy Pickle has signed a lease for space in the Opera Galleria that was formerly occupied by Java Plaza. Owners Jeff and Kimberly Alley said they felt the space fit the concept of the restaurant.

“We like the look and size of the space,” Jeff Alley said. “We also like its proximity to the new health club in downtown.”

The Spicy Pickle specializes in submarine and Panini sandwiches. The location will also serve various salads and soups.
