Center Partners offers help with federal mandate

FORT COLLINS — Center Partners is offering wireless carriers a call-center solution to comply with an upcoming federal mandate.

The Wireless Portability Operations Center will provide a ready solution for wireless providers looking to answer consumer’s questions. According to the federal mandate, wireless providers must provide portability by November 30 so consumers don’t have to change their phone number if they change wireless companies .
