?Hoteling? delivering office cost savings

Balancing cost reduction with employee retention has been a struggle for many businesses. A company might save money by slashing jobs, only to find it needs those employees to produce the product. So what’s a company to do?

Created as a means of supporting teleworkers while saving on operational costs, hoteling allows employees to share a single workspace intermittently with other employees without stepping on each other’s toes.
