Judy Boggs keeps putting beauty into all occasions

FORT COLLINS — With 30 years in the floral industry, Judy Boggs invested in Paul Wood Florist, a 70-year-tradition in downtown Fort Collins.

Yet she recalls the bankers who, in the spring of 1979, gasped when she and the other co-owner — her former husband — were divorcing and she asked for a loan in her name only.
