Greeley doctors meet with PVHS officials
GREELEY — Nearly 50 doctors affiliated with Greeley’s North Colorado Medical Center met with Poudre Valley Hospital officials on Tuesday to discuss a proposed new regional hospital.
In a nearly two-hour session, physicians representing a cross-section of specialties queried Poudre Valley Health System CEO Rulon Stacey regarding PVHS plans for a new hospital along the Interstate 25 corridor.
After years of on-and-off discussions with NCMC about a regional collaboration, PVHS in September announced preliminary plans to partner with Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Neb., in a new 145-bed hospital.
