Mountain ‘n’ Plains is biggest property manager

22-year-old firm tops Business Report survey

A pursuit of perfection has led Fort Collins-based Mountain ‘n’ Plains Inc. to the top of the latest Northern Colorado Business Report survey of “Largest Commercial Property Managers” ranked by square footage managed locally in 2000.

“It feels good, but I try to demand perfection,´ said Mountain ‘n’ Plains owner Charlie Koons of the news that her company topped this year’s list. “I constantly work at making our system better.

Christopher Wood is editor and publisher of BizWest, a regional business journal covering Boulder, Broomfield, Larimer and Weld counties. Wood co-founded the Northern Colorado Business Report in 1995 and served as publisher of the Boulder County Business Report until the two publications were merged to form BizWest in 2014.
