Oxford Development faces liens, foreclosure

GREELEY — Two companies have filed mechanic’s liens against the property that was supposed to house the Dacono Factory Stores project.

Oz Architecture of Boulder and Etkin Skanska Construction Co. of Colorado Inc. of Littleton filed the liens in Weld County.

Oz says Oxford Development LLC owes $75,984. Etkin says Oxford owes $199,845.

Compass Bank is moving to foreclose on July 25 a $3 million note Oxford signed.
