3 Margaritas family stakes out Cheyenne

CHEYENNE — As the long-vacant Kenny Roger’s Roasters restaurant on Dell Range Blvd. began to look more like a Spanish manor, rumors circulated among Cheyenne residents that a 3 Margaritas would be opening soon in Cheyenne.

While that’s not quite accurate, it’s close. The Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant, which opened the last week of June, is owned by brothers Clemente and Carlos Moreno, who are nephews of Nicholas Moreno, the owner of the 3 Margaritas restaurants in Loveland and Fort Collins as well as four other restaurants in Colorado and three in Wyoming.
