Baja fisherman bites the hook for Cabo hotel’s time-share tour

Unlike the dot-coms that use “cookies” or other online data-gathering tricks to try to figure out a potential customer’s buying habits, resort developers in Mexico’s Cabo San Lucas know a sure-thing when they see one: Work-weary tourists departing their planes are a prime target for condominium time-share sales.

For years now, my vacation of choice has been the Baja and its great saltwater fishing. But I’ve dodged time-share salespeople like the plague.
