Arts Alive gets executive director
Arts Alive Fort Collins, a recently established local arts agency, hired Rob Knebel as its first executive director. Knebel assumes responsibility for management of the agency, which champions arts in Fort Collins. Prior to joining Arts Alive, Knebel worked for seven years as vice president for finance and operations for The Arts Council of Winston-Salem in North Carolina. He also assisted in startup of the School of Filmmaking, a new undergraduate program at the North Carolina School of the Arts, a top conservatory and part of the University of North Carolina system. Knebel earned master¹s degrees in arts administration and business administration form Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
