News: First Security adds branch in Fort Collins

A holding company that owns banks in Fort Lupton and Windsor soon will enter the Fort Collins market. Pinnacle Bancorp of Central City, Neb., is opening a branch of its Fort Lupton bank, First Security Bank, at 300 Horsetooth Road. The branch willfocus on the needs of small businesses. “We’re going to be a niche bank tailored to small entrepreneurial customers and small-business customers,´ said Mark Kross, a vice president ofPinnacle Bancorp. “Our specialty will be one of traditional commercial real estate financing.” Kross will become branch manager of the Fort Collins branch.
