Long-dormant Colorado Springs development gets new owners

A multi-use development in Colorado Springs that has stood partially constructed for eight years could soon find new life with new owners.

The Gazette reports that Greenwood Village-based Westside Investment Partners — which has an ownership stake in the Greeley HP campus — recently paid $22.1 million for the 153-acre Colorado Crossing property on the north side of Colorado Springs that was once slated to be home to some 1,600 residences and various commercial uses such as restaurants and hotels.
