A total of 149 homes were sold in the Loveland-Berthoud area in April with a median sales price of $235,000, up 10.6 percent from the $212,500 median home sales price of April 2011.
Home sales through April also increased in Fort Collins, with the number of sold listings moving up by 22.6 percent from 561 year-to-date in April 2011 to 688 in the same period of 2012.
The IRES report said 239 homes were sold in Fort Collins in April with a median sales price of $245,000, up 6.5 percent from the $230,000 median sales price in April 2011.
In the Greeley-Evans market, home sales decreased by 8.9 percent through April. A total of 328 homes were sold through April, down from the 360 homes sold through April 2011.
In Greeley-Evans, 90 homes were sold in April with a median sales price of $152,650, up 18.3 percent from the median sales price a year earlier, at $129,000.
