Dohn Construction selected for Good Sam renovation in Loveland

LOVELAND  — Fort Collins-based Dohn Construction Inc. has been awarded a contract by The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society to renovate 20,000 square feet of apartment and recreational space at the Loveland Good Samaritan Village. Existing apartment space will be transformed into both a town center and wellness center for its residents.

The changes being made to the Village will include a number of amenities to increase residents’ quality of life. The Town Center will include a library, meeting rooms, a gaming room and a general store. The Wellness Center will include aerobics and cardio studio, spa and juice bar.

Dohn Construction also is building the Good Samaritan Villas, a condominium village in Windsor. Previously, Dohn Construction completed construction of the Good Samaritan Society Water Valley Senior Living Resort in Windsor, as well as various additions and renovations to Good Samaritan Society communities in the area. Dohn Construction will partner with architecture firm Belford Watkins Group of Fort Collins.
