Blue Ocean expands $250,000 enterprise challenge; CSU spins off collegiate track

FORT COLLINS — Blue Ocean Enterprises is expanding its $250,000 business pitch competition this year to include several regional competitions around the country, while Colorado State University is spinning off the collegiate track into a separate event.

Known the last two years as the CSU Blue Ocean Enterprises Challenge, the two competitions will now be known as the Blue Ocean Enterprises Challenge and the CSU Collegiate Challenge. While separate, they’ll remain affiliated in that the champion of the CSU competition will earn a spot in one of the Blue Ocean Enterprises Challenge regional events.
