Community Foundation elects board officers
Ulrich, vice president of Points West Community Bank in Greeley, served as vice chair of the organization last year. Ulrich joins three other people who have served on the board, Rob Waldo, Christine Richardson and Heidi Klepper, elected to serve new positions as board officers.
The Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County supports charitable programs and provides scholarships in the Weld County area. It was founded in 1997 through the merger of the Greeley Area and Weld County Community Foundations and has more than $16 million in assets.

Waldo, a Greeley attorney, was elected vice chair. Richardson, past president and member of the Greeley Junior Women’s Club, was elected secretary. Klepper, owner of Capital Accounting & Finance Inc., was elected treasurer.
Michael Payne, a Fort Collins attorney, will continue to serve as a board officer on the executive committee.
The Community Foundation also announced two new board members. John Adams of Greeley transitioned onto the board in mid-2013 in order to fill a vacancy. Christine Larsen will be a board member from the Kersey area.
