Boulder law firm adds 3 non-equity partners
BOULDER — Boulder law firm Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti has added three non-equity partners to its roster, two from within and another from the outside.
Juliana Massaro and Ben Wilson were elected to partnership effective at the beginning of February, and Taylor Bechel joined the firm at the partnership level.
According to information from the firm, Massaro’s practice focuses on transactional matters, emphasizing commercial and residential real estate, finance, corporate governance, and related business transactions. Before joining the firm, she worked as corporate counsel for a private equity firm in Denver.
