Lafayette mobile home park fetches more than $17M in sale

LAFAYETTE — Lafayette Gardens, a 135-unit mobile home community at 11700 E. South Boulder Road in Lafayette was recently bought by a California-based real estate investor for more than $17.3 million. 

The buyer, Investment Property Group, specializes in mobile home and RV parks. The firm also owns the Alpine Vista community in Loveland along with properties in Basalt and Castle Rock. 

The seller, Lafayette Gardens MHP LLC, is an entity registered to the Carbondale address of real estate attorney Eric Gross.
