Walmart leads trio of companies leasing 76 Commerce Center space
BRIGHTON — Walmart Inc. (NYSE: WMT) and three other companies have signed leases for space in the first building at the 76 Commerce Center industrial park along Interstate 76 in Brighton.
The retail giant signed a lease for 91,997 square feet in the first completed building on the park’s grounds, while the holding company for Denver-based logistics firm Great Plains Moving & Storage signed a lease for 81,773 square feet, according to a press release from the park’s real estate firm Newmark Knight Frank. Sigma Corp., a New Jersey-based producer of water industry products, also leased 58,845 square feet.
There is 33,625 square feet of space left in the building, and crews are expected to break ground on a 352,240-square-foot building in the park later this month.
