Downtown Denver office high-rise sells for $169M
DENVER — A 25-story office building at 1125 17th St. in downtown Denver has been acquired by Goldman Sachs Realty Management Division.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Goldman Sachs paid $169 million for the property, which encompasses 492,799 square feet and includes an adjacent 1.5-acre development parcel. The property was acquired from an ownership group that included Broadreach Capital and Pearlmark Real Estate Partners.
