CU regents approve $3.55B budget

The University of Colorado Board of Regents have approved a $3.55 billion budget for the new fiscal year that begins July 1.

The Daily Camera reports that the figure marks a nearly 6 percent increase for the CU system’s four campuses, and is thanks in large part to an expected increase in enrollment.

Pay rises for various CU administrators were also approved, including a 3 percent boost to $441,261 for chancellor Phil DiStefano.
