Gov. John Hickenlooper has doubts about a proposed $3.5 billion road-funding plan that involves renewing a 16-year-old bonds program, the Denver Business Journal reports.
A bill that would extend the life of the bond program for 20 years will be introduced this week. It would fund about 50 needed projects across the state, including expanding Interstate 25 from Denver to Fort Collins.
