Everitt makes its major move

FORT COLLINS – Everitt MacMillan Commercial, the brokerage and development arm of the Everitt Cos., moved into the Harmony One building this week. The rest of the Everitt empire will soon follow, leaving behind the College Avenue offices it has occupied for 30 years.

“The growth and development that we’re seeing in Northern Colorado is shifting, so we felt this East Harmony location was closer to the center of the activity,” Stuart MacMillan, president of Everitt MacMillan Commercial, said in a statement announcing the move.

The 56,000-square-foot Harmony One, on the south side of Harmony Road just west of Ziegler Road, was developed by Everitt Cos. and Everitt MacMillan Commercial.
