Senior-living complex on drawing board in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS – A 153-unit multifamily senior-living development has been proposed for southeast Fort Collins, according to city documents.

Affinity at Fort Collins will be restricted to those 55 years of age and older, according to a conceptual review application submitted to the city by developer Inland Group, based in Spokane, Wash.

The project would be located at 2600 E. Harmony Road, just north of Front Range Village, a mixed-use development anchored by Target and Sports Authority.

In addition to the residential units, the development would include community spaces such as a library, Internet café and movie theater, the documents state. The entire development would encompass 167,538 square feet in three stories.

The project is making its way through the city’s development review process.
