Uplight names new CEO as British firm completes takeover
BOULDER — Uplight Inc., a Boulder-based provider of software for utilities and energy companies, recently named Nick Chaset its new CEO.
The hire comes on the heels of British electricity and gas supplier Octopus Energy Group Ltd. buying a majority stake in Uplight.
Chaset is Octopus Energy US’s CEO, a role he will hold alongside his leadership position at Uplight.
“His leadership will support Uplight’s next phase of growth as the company expands the reach, reliability, and operational value of demand-side programs,” Uplight said in a news release.
