Longtime glass firm seeks Chapter 7 liquidation
Slade Glass Co., a 65-year-old commercial and residential glass and glazing business with shops in Boulder and Longmont, has filed for liquidation under Chapter 7 bankruptcy rules. It remains unclear, however, whether an auction scheduled for next week to sell its assets will be held.
