Realberry eyes sale of RiNo lot

DENVER — Realberry, the development firm formerly known as McWhinney, has placed a large lot in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood on the market.

BusinessDen reports that the 2.5-acre lot in the 3300 block of Brighton Boulevard is being listed by JLL. McWhinney in December 2019 acquired the undeveloped lots at 3333 and 3395 Brighton Blvd. for $20 million. The company in 2022 submitted plans to the City and County of Denver for an office building and an apartment building, totaling 1.2 million square feet, but those plans were never realized.
