Catalyst oversight panel to Greeley: Keep looking for partner
After six weeks of reviewing issues surrounding the proposed Catalyst entertainment district, the West Greeley Citizen Oversight Committee recommended to City Council members Tuesday night that the city keep looking for a potential financial partner, adding that it would pause its work until the city finds one.
