Cuisine of Jalisco coming to Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS —  Birrieria Doña María, serving up cuisine from the Mexican state of Jalisco, will open soon in Fort Collins, in a space that had been San Rose Mexican Restaurant.

According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, the restaurant at 1501 W. Elizabeth St., Unit 2, will join its other locations at 1825 Ninth St. in Greeley and in Lakewood. It opened a restaurant at 1950 Main St. in Longmont in 2023 but closed it Feb. 27.
