Greeley officials urge ‘no’ vote on Cascadia zoning repeal

City Council resolution stating position passes 4-2

With Greeley City Council members Tommy Butler and Deb DeBoutez — both Cascadia opponents — dissenting, the panel voted 4-2 Tuesday night to pass a resolution urging voters to reject Ballot Issue 1A, which would repeal city-approved zoning for the Cascadia mixed-use project on the city’s western edge.

With BizWest since 2012 and in Colorado since 1979, Dallas worked at the Longmont Times-Call, Colorado Springs Gazette, Denver Post and Public News Service.
