Auddia extends merger timeline as deal ‘continues to make progress’
Audio-tech company to pilot new Discovr Radio product
Auddia Inc. (Nasdaq: AUDD) inked a non-binding letter of intent for a business combination last summer — and while the deal isn’t complete, the Boulder-based audio-technology company said this week that it “continues to make progress in its merger discussions as it works toward execution of definitive documents.”
