Catalyst foes ask Greeley to suspend actions before election

Officials in Greeley are reviewing a request from opponents of the proposed Catalyst entertainment district that the city immediately suspend all discretionary spending on the project and use the agreement’s available off-ramps and contingency provisions until voters render their decision in a special municipal election Feb. 24.
