U.S. Engineering plans expansion on McWhinney land
JOHNSTOWN — Among the development-related happenings in Johnstown from 2025 that are likely to carry forward into the new year is a major expansion for a national manufacturer and the resolution of a foreclosure on a property controlled by high-profile developer CaliberCos. Inc.
U.S. Engineering Metalworks LLC is eyeing a 115-acre parcel adjacent to Interstate 25 for the potential growth of its existing Johnstown operations at 390 Mountain View Drive. That more than 100,000-square-foot facility is where the company manufactures and fabricates metal products that it ships throughout the United States.
